Sections 811 and 812 of Title 16, Division 8 of the California Code of Regulations – Fees and Dishonored Check Charge

On June 12, 2024, the Office of Administrative Law (OAL) approved CSLB’s Regulatory Fee Schedule regulations as changes without regulatory effect pursuant to the requirements of California Code of Regulations, title 1, section 100 and filed the action with the Secretary of State. This regulatory action became effective June 12, 2024.

Sections 810, 832.10 and 832.46 of Title 16, Division 8 of the California Code of Regulations – Battery Energy Storage Systems

On June 5, 2024, the Office of Administrative Law (OAL) approved CSLB’s Battery Energy Storage Systems regulation and filed the action with the Secretary of State . The effective date of this regulatory action has been temporarily stayed by court order pending final resolution on the merits in San Diego County Superior Court Case No. 27-2024-00029818-CU-TT-CTL.

Section 884 of Title 16, Division 8 of the California Code of Regulations – Civil Penalty Increase for Disciplinary Action
