• If you cannot find the license and you have entered a first and last name, type only the last name.
• Type only the first 10 to 15 letters of the person's name. If you do not find the license, type the name again with 1 or 2 fewer characters.
• Commas and periods are not used in the name, but apostrophes are. For example: O'Brian.
• Spaces matter. If the last name is Mc Donald, type the last name with a space, and then type the name without a space. For example: "Mc Donald" and then "McDonald".
